Address is 2288 Manning Ave. Los Angeles, 90064. The exact location is 2 blks east of Overland and 1 block north of Pico. 2288 Manning is located on the northeast corner of Manning and Tennessee. The office is behind the house. Please exter through the side drive gate on the Tennessee side of the property. The gate will be open for your arrival. Please note that there is NO parking on Tennessee on Saturdays and during weekdays after 6 pm.

1. Take 405 Freeway north to the No. 10 Freeway (Santa Monica Freeway).

2. Take the No. 10 Freeway EAST towards Los Angeles;

3. Exit at the first exit - OVERLAND

4. Make a right turn off of the exit to get back to Overland (about 150 yrds.);

4. Make a RIGHT turn onto Overland and proceed back over the freeway and then proceed for about 2 m. to the first major intersection which is PICO.

5. Make a RIGHT turn on Pico.

6. Go 2 blocks to MANNING and make a LEFT.

7. Go up 1 block and your at TENNESSEE.

8. Make a Right on Tennesse and immediately park you car.

1. Take 101 Freeway EAST to the SAN DIEGO FRY (Freeway #405).

2. Take the #405 Freeway SOUTH towards SANTA MONICA

3. EXIT AT THE PICO / OLYMPIC EXIT ( this exit is a few exits past the Wilshire Blvd exit but before the #10 Freeway)

4. At the end of the exit offramp, make a RIGHT turn to get to Olympic Blvd.

5. Make a RIGHT turn on Olympic and proceed for about 2.5 miles to Manning (Manning is 2 blks past Overland)

6. Turn right on Manning.

8. Go 1 block to Tennessee and make a Left Turn and immediately park your car (park on Tennessee)
